Personal Consultancy demonstrates that it is possible to combine the reparative work of counselling and psychotherapy with the more proactive, goal-oriented approach of coaching. Given our person centred- approach, it depends on each individual. Some might require 6 sessions, whilst others may require 60! For some, our personal struggles, traumas and unresolved conflicts may take time to unravel before seeking to achieve new goals. For others, it may take less time dependent on where you are at when you begin Personal Consultancy sessions.

Personal Consultancy is an integrated approach to the practices of counselling, psychotherapy and coaching, It provides a coherent and systematic framework for working with clients.
Navin Mayani. He is a qualified Counsellor and Coach accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy in the United Kingdom. He also has a meditation practise which encourages a sense of calmness when reflecting on our inner world and how we can create goals on the basis of feeling safe, understood and valued.
Once a week for the first 6-12 sessions. We can then review the regularity of sessions dependent on your needs and how you would like to progress within sessions.
